Hi, my name is Dennis Cregier and I am the owner and founder of Forged Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I provide my members with an environment where people of any experience and fitness level can learn and train. I accomplish this by offering the most functional, realistic self defense, innovative, enjoyable martial arts and fitness instruction available. Forged Bjj is an organization devoted to teaching the most realistic self defense techniques. Our goal is to help our members and affiliates to develop, grow and improve both physically and mentally.

I have been doing Martial Arts for 40 years.
